Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nexurus. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.

Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Direct-from-Manufacturer Shipping
Some high-demand or specialty products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer if they are temporarily out of stock in our warehouse. There are also products that only ship direct from the manufacturer. These products typically display no quantity available while still being purchasable.

These items may require additional processing time (typically 2–5 extra business days).

Customers will receive tracking information once the item ships.

In rare cases, shipping times may be longer depending on manufacturer availability.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Shipping times vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Please note that carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Nexurus is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Nexurus is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled upon request prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
We typically do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated.
